Library---Craft Inc. & Creative Inc.

It's time to get started. My itch to actively start working on some real changes in my s0-called career has been growing exponentially and these books are a good motivating factor for step 1: research! With a restaurant industry background and absolutely no experience in the retail or design world, unless shopping and looking at blogs can qualify as skills, I need to gain some knowledge on this fairly foreign field, or at the very least, get myself more inspired to join it! These two books by author Meg Mateo have been getting nothing but good reviews and I plan on ordering them this week, as I figure that the only thing I can waste is a small sum of money on the purchase and a few hours of my life.

Creative Inc.: The Ultimate Guide To Running a Successful Freelance Business

Freelancing pros Meg Mateo Ilasco and Joy Deangdeelert Cho explain everything from creating a standout portfolio to navigating the legal issues of starting a business."

Craft, Inc.
